The shelf life of HOT Candles are approximately 2 years.
As HOT candles are uniquely shaped, burn time is roughly an hour for smaller candles and four hours for larger candles. They will burn unevenly because of their unusual shape. When burning please make sure to have a drip tray big enough to catch the melted wax.
Soy wax is prone to frosting, which is where you may see small white marks on your candle. This is completely normal and is how you know you have a natural soy candle. If this occurs, you can gently buff your candle with a clean microfibre cloth. For deeply coloured candles you can add some gentle 100% natural oil (such as oils designed for use on the face) to bring the colour back to its original vibrancy.
By purchasing a HOT Candle you are agreeing that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions, and therefore agreeing that HOT Candles will not accept any responsibility for neglectful or careless use of any HOT Candle product, and you as the customer accept all potential risks and damages are the result of your own actions, and HOT Candles will not be deemed at fault under any circumstances.
